Founded in 1976, Litwiniuk & Company is a family-owned and operated Calgary based law firm. With their new location in our LEED Certified Britannia Crossing building; the 16,972 SF second floor is a unique juxtaposition of modern industrial and classic sophistication. OPUS built the space to suit the unique needs of Litwiniuk with renovations complete in May of 2016. The space is designed to look professional, with a bright and open lobby and comfortable meeting spaces. All client areas are wheelchair-accessible, including the reception desk. The waiting area features furniture designed to accommodate the injured, an iPad bar, and a dedicated family space with activities and amenities for the kids. In addition, OPUS will be completing tenant improvements to their second location on International Avenue that was complete in August of 2016.
