An established leader in the supply of process control, safety and instrumentation products, MicroWatt's new headquarters is located just off Deerfoot Trail and Country Hills Boulevard NE. The facility is 22,640 SF and consists of a warehouse and office portions that include unique features such as a co-generation system and fitness facility. OPUS assisted in the development permit and build-out of the project.
