MINAS Brazilian Steakhouse

MINAS Brazilian Steakhouse is a 3,900 SF Brazilian Churrascaria, Bar and Lounge. It is located at the base of the Waterfront condominium towers in Eau Claire. OPUS provided construction management services for this buildout which includes a 100-seat dining room and a 30-seat lounge. Together with the assistance of Interior Designer Jerilyn Wright, MINAS presents a warm and colourful environment of Brazilian hospitality with a big open kitchen that sits in the middle of the room. The design was inspired by the historic city of Ouro Preto in Minas Gerais Brazil and combined with the modernist influence of Calgary.
