Progress Energy

Petronas (formerly Progress Energy) is a leader in global energy and solutions. This project was a 238,000 SF downtown tenant improvement contract in Cadillac Fairview's City Centre. OPUS worked closely with Jerilyn Wright and Associates as a general contractor. The main work was completed in the summer of 2012. The feature staircase was built with intricate detail and designed to have a seamless appearance. This project won a Masi Award for Interior Design Excellence. The strong relationship and team effort between OPUS and Jerilyn Wright resulted in the success of this spectacular 10 floor improvement project.
