Royal Vista Corner

This mixed-use development houses retail, office and medical and can be found in Calgary's NW community of Royal Oak. This project was built with the intent to be a focal point of the Royal Oak Business Park and was completed in December 2017. The 50,000 building consists of three floors of 16,000+ SF floorplates. The main floor is designated for retail use and the top two floors are for office and medical space. OPUS was involved in this project as a general contractor, and construction was completed in December 2017.
