A 49,043 SF built to suit warehouse and office project located in NE Calgary. OPUS assisted the client in development permit and design development. The construction was completed in July 2019 and OPUS partnered with MTa Architects for this project. OPUS was able to provide the client with multiple options for different site development scenarios.
