A two storey 16,500 SF mixed use building that is located on 4820 Westwinds Drive NE, Calgary AB. The plan for this mixed use development includes retail on the main floor and child care on the second floor. OPUS assisted in the financing of the project and completed work on a stipulated price contract. Over and above construction services, OPUS was able to provide the owner with leasing options to assist in leasing their building.
