A 37,900 SF built to suit warehouse and office project located in NE Calgary. OPUS assisted the client in site selection, land due diligence, development permit, design development and completed construction in Spring 2019. OPUS partnered with S2 Architecture for this project. This building was designed to allow for future expansion of a second-floor office space at the front of the building and the ability to expand on the warehouse space.
